I appreciated having a cozy seating area near the garden where I could unwind after a day of sightseeing. However, I faced an issue with towel replacement during my stay, which could have been better managed.

The location is ideal, within walking distance to Central Park and various restaurants. However, I experienced slow Wi-Fi in my room. it worked much better in the garden areas. The check-in process felt a bit off, with an extra charge for early arrival, which I didn't expect given the nightly rate.
